Joining ODRC

ODRC welcomes all riders of all abilities.

As an ODRC member you have access to all events and activities and are to enter all the club shows at the members rate. The club offers a wide range of activities when possible, on top of our scheduled events we hold a riding club camp, show jumping training clinics, dressage clinics, hack outs, farm rides, beach rides and more. Whilst becoming an ODRC member you are also becoming a member of the British Riding Club (BRC).

Membership Fees 2024
All riding Members £29.50 plus BRC platform fee £1.50 – All ODRC activities
Non Riding Members £26.50 plus BRC platform fee £1.50 – Attending ODRC events as a non rider, i.e. Riding Club Camp, Social, Farm Rides, etc.

ODRC Volunteers
If you wish to volunteer to help the club at our events either at shows or clinics you can become a ODRC club volunteer, we kindly request you follow this link to become an ODRC volunteer, it’s free to join.

Junior Membership
Junior Membership is for those aged under 18, while those aged 18 and over will need to take out Senior Membership (age as of 1 January).

To join the club please follow the link below, this link will direct you the BRC Sport:80 membership portal it will open a new page and you will be directed to their website. Once you have joined the club BRC will communicate with you via their membership platform, your membership will be a rolling type. Our membership secretary will also contact you, there will be some important information within the email so please do read what is sent as it completes your ODRC membership application.

NOTE: In order to complete your membership application you must complete the helper form which is accessed via a link sent by the ODRC membership secretary and not BRC.

About BRC
BRC offers a wide range of Area Qualifiers and Championships. Affiliated Riding Clubs also offer further competitions, training and Area points/inter club competitions, which you can enter at affiliated club members rate. BRC members have public liability insurance cover while taking part in affiliated BRC-organised activities. Saddleworth Pony Club
Members of Saddleworth Pony Club can enter Shows at the Members’ Rates, although not all classes may have separate Junior and Senior classifications. They are of course not eligible to enter the Members Only Novice Show.
