If you are encountering issues or require information about our booking system please read through the following.
- Please log in before adding events to the cart otherwise the booking will not be added to the shopping cart.
- If you want to register please use the log in link in the header. The register link is on the log in page.
- If you are locked out of logging in it will be due to too many login attempts, this will be due to incorrect username or password. The system locks you out for 30 mins, in this time please check your username is correct. If you are having password issues reset your password and clear the stored passwords on your mobile, laptop, tablet or PC. The most common problem with password lockouts is users changing passwords then using previously stored passwords from the device password manager.
- Do not use your log in details for the British Riding Clubs Membership website there is no connection with the ODRC website, we are separate.
- If you have never used ODRC booking you will need to register first before booking, see item 2 above. Just your name and email is required, we have this policy to prevent spammers abusing the site (as they try to do).
- We use PayPal to take credit and debt card payments, you do not need to a PayPal account to go through the payment process.
- If your account has not been used for over 18 months your details will be deleted off the system, this is our data protection policy.
